Shirvan Kelim Rug From Pakistan
This flatweave kelim rug is skilfully hand woven in Pakistan. The Shirvan style originates from the town of Shirvan just south of the Caucasus mountain range originally Persian and now part of Azerbaijan. Using hundspun wool and vegetable dyes the locals of Shirvan created vivid and exciting rugs using the limited palette of colours they had available.
Kelim rugs are very hardwearing as they are made using a high durability wool. We'd suggest using a rug underlay to stop any movement on hard floors.
From Pakistan
UK Delivery Charge - except Highlands & Islands £15
