This unusual old Indian panel was salvaged from a building fallen into disrepair in South India, this Indian lintel would have been used above a door and depicts the Hindu god Ganesh in the centre flanked intricately chip carved peacocks with floral carvings to the sides. It would look fabulous on a wall or above a mantle piece.
